This course is now closed. Join award-winning multi-instrumentalist Drew Howard in this two-day blues guitar workshop for intermediate and advanced students. A range of topics will be covered, including chords, progressions, rhythms, shuffles, solos and blues tunings. Scale patterns and building riffs from scales will also be explored. Students will need to bring an acoustic guitar and / or electric guitar (with cord and amp). Hand-outs in notation and tab, related to the classes and exercises, will be available. A minimum of two years guitar experience and basic knowledge of guitar techniques is required. Please see supplies tab for full list of items. Brighten up your November with a blues weekend!
