Oboe Master Conference Lodging

Conference tuition fees include cafeteria meals and campus lodging in either the Stone Center Hotel or in a McWhorter dormitory room pending reservation availability.

The Stone Center Hotel is situated adjacent to Kresge Auditorium and Green Lake, offers basic hotel rooms with private baths and was newly renovated in 2008.

The McWhorter House is a dormitory located across from The Bowl Auditorium and offers basic dorm rooms with private baths.

Individual campus lodging reservation details for registered participants will be sent with your email registration confirmation.

Stone Center Hotel check in: May 30 after 3:00 p.m.
Stone Center Hotel check out: June 5 before 11:00 a.m.

Oboe Master Conference Meals

Served buffet-style in the cafeteria, breakfasts include such standards as pancakes, scrambled eggs or cereal bar; with lunches and dinners featuring a salad bar and several main course selections. Vegetarian options exist at every meal. A dining experience unlike any other, this is an Interlochen tradition!

Transportation

Interlochen Center for the Arts is 16 miles southwest of Traverse City, Michigan, two miles south of US 31 on highway M-137. Traverse City is serviced by several daily flights via Detroit, Chicago and Minneapolis. If Stone Student Center is notified in advance of arrival time, participants arriving by plane or bus will be met by Interlochen transportation for a nominal fee.
