Kurt received his MFA from Ohio State University and his BM from North Carolina School of the Arts. Prior to his studies at Ohio State University, he was the managing partner and head photographer for Kurt Eslick and Associates, a photography and design studio in North Carolina.
Working primarily in the furniture industry, Kurt has worked internationally as commercial photographer. His personal work includes ballet and portrait photography as well as producing photolithographs, which he shows nationally. Presently, he works as full time faculty at Craven Community College in New Bern, North Carolina.
